What Monee keeps, why, and how to have it deleted. Last updated 3 November 2026.
Who we are
Monee is made by SkiFi (SKIFI GROUP LLC). You can reach us at contact@skifi.co.
What Monee keeps
Only what you put in. Monee does not connect to your bank.
- Your sign-in. The email or phone number you sign in with, through the SkiFi login at account.skifi.co. The same login works for other SkiFi apps.
- Your books. Each book's name, main currency and settings, its account groups and accounts, categories, budgets, repeats, instalments, bookmarks, tags and day memos.
- Your entries. Every income, expense and transfer, with its date, account, category, amount, currency, note and description.
- Receipt photos. Photos you choose to attach to an entry.
- Exchange rates. The rate kept with each entry, and each currency's rate in a book.
- People you share a book with. Their name, the email or number you add them by, and whether they can edit or only view.
Who sees it
A book is seen only by its owner and the people the owner shares it with. Editors can add and change entries. Viewers can only look.
How it is used
Only to run Monee for you. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and Monee shows no ads.
Where it is kept
On SkiFi's own servers, so your phone, tablet and computer all show the same book. A copy is made every night and kept for 30 days.
Deleting your data
In the app, open More, then Delete my account. Or email contact@skifi.co from the address you sign in with. Books you own are deleted with everything in them. Nightly copies roll off within 30 days. See deleting an account.
Children
Monee is meant for adults.
