Deleting an account

How to delete your Monee account and what happens to your books.

In the app

Open More, then Delete my account. Books you own are deleted with every account, entry, note and receipt photo in them. You leave any book someone else shared with you, and its owner keeps it.

By email

Email contact@skifi.co from the address you sign in with, or tell us the number you sign in with, and we will delete your account for you.

The SkiFi login

You sign in with the SkiFi login, shared with other SkiFi apps, so it stays unless you ask. Email contact@skifi.co from the address or number you sign in with and we will delete it too.

Nightly copies roll off within 30 days.
